The Common wealth of Zion Assembly is a charismatic and Pentecostal church with presence in 2 continents of the world. The senior pastor of the church is Rev’d Biodun Fatoyinbo. The church is known for her outreach arm known as the care foundation, which has envisioned and accomplished diverse breath-taking engagements for the good of humanity.

The Commonwealth of Zion Assembly is an international church sent to reach out to the unreached in our generation. HISTORY OF THE COMMON WEALTH OF ZION ASSEMBLY

The church began in 1999 in the city of Ilorin in Kwara State, Northern Nigeria.The church began in 1999 in the city of Ilorin in Kwara State, Northern Nigeria.

Sequel to divine leadings, the Abuja campus was launched in 2008, the Lagos campus was opened in 2012, the Port Harcourt campus in 2016 and the Dubai campus in 2017.

Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo is married to Pastor Modele Fatoyinbo.

In 2008, the Avalanche choir was formed.

In 2016, the renowned Coza chior group formed by Senior pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo “The Gratitude” was established.

The Gratitude is a musical group formed by senior pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo in 2016. Their song “Rabababa-Eh” was well received due to its unusual message and approach. The group was created to produce mainstream music with a spiritual message. In October 2019, The Gratitude won the UK Gospel Touch Music Awards for the Choir/Group of the Year Category.

In May 2018, COZA hosted Bishop T. D. Jakes at the Upsurge conference.

The church runs the Coza TV and the Care Foundation.

Recently, the centre point campus was launch in Abuja, dated March 2020.

The allegations against Senior pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of July 2019 by Busola Dakolo was dismissed by an Abuja court in November 2019, and Dakolo was fined one Million naira for wasting the court’s time.

 

COZA CULTURE

It’s teachings and impact cuts across people from diverse backgrounds, multiple ethnicities and professions. The Senior Pastors, the Rev. Biodun and Pastor Modele Fatoyinbo, are privilleged to be leaders to spear head the mandate of God of a “Take Over Generation” across every strata of human existence with love, passion and dynamic commitment to God’s glory. CARE FOUNDATION

The care foundation is the outreach arm of the church. the foundation visited the Oregun correctional centre for Boys (Lagos) in 2019. On May 1st 2019, she held a free medical test at Irewole Community (Lagos) and in June 2019, she visited the Ikoyi prison to provide support and donate relief items.
