Christ Embassy, Also Known as Love World Incorporated or Believers’ Loveworld, Is a Megachurch and a Christian denomination founded by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome in 1987. The Church, with headquarters in Lagos has since become a global network of churches with congregations in many countries, and approximately over 200,000,000 followers all over the world. The Church has ministries in Canada, Nigeria, South Africa, the United States and the United Kingdom. The church has 145 branches of on five continents.
Love World Bible Church Also Known as Christ Embassy Church is one of the largest churches in Nigeria and the world at large. It currently has over 13 million members across the globe.

HISTORY OF CHRIST EMBASSY CHURCH
Christ Embassy also known as Believers’ LoveWorld Incorporated, is a Bible-based Christian ministry headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. The Church has since become a global network of churches with congregations in many countries, with millions of members.
The ministry was founded by Pastor Chris during his university days in 1987. There are several major programs with thousands to millions of people in attendance.
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was studying at Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma in Edo state, Nigeria when he started the Believers’ Loveworld Fellowship then known as Youths For Christ (YFC), which later became Believers Loveworld Inc, the global ministry with millions of followers and associates all around the world.
Pastor Chris in the year 2003, pioneered the first 24-hour Christian Network from Africa to the rest of the world, and this gave rise to more satellite stations on other continents of the world, the Loveworld USA in America, Loveworld TV in the UK, Loveworld SAT in South-Africa and LXP in Nigeria, Loveworld Mena, Loveworld India, Loveworld Persia and still counting. Through this medium, millions of people have been reached with the beautiful message of salvation and many lives have been transformed. Pastor Chris also pioneered the establishment of the Inner City Mission of Christ Embassy, a ministry to children living in the inner cities of our world, to give them hope and a future.
