Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa is the resident founder of The waterbrook Church TWB, a church found in the heart of Lekki. Pastor B as he is fondly called, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Port Harcourt. In 2016, he furthered his education by obtaining a certificate in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University.
Asides from being a pastor and practical teacher of the word, Pastor Blessed is a Microsoft-certified IT professional and an accomplished project manager with a wealth of experience in the field. He has previously held positions as a network engineer at Microware Solution/IBM Partners, as well as an IT administrator at Tetra Pak.
During the course of his career, Pastor Blessed has worked for AstraZeneca, where he held the position of IS/IT Business Support in South Africa and the Sub Sahara Africa region, before being promoted to Associate Project Manager. Currently, he serves as a Process Automation Capacity Leader with the same organization. In addition to his work with AstraZeneca, Pastor Blessed has also been heavily involved with the Airtel VAS Security Project since 2013.
Mercy Chinwo Blessed is a powerful minister of God, whose sounds have brought healing, Clarity, and transformation to the lives of many, In addition to her successful music career, Mercy Chinwo has also pursued her other passions, including acting, launching her beret and Merch company Mecempire, and engaging in humanitarian work.
In 2023, together with her husband, she founded the MercyisBlessed Foundation, an NGO dedicated to empowering individuals one soul at a time. The foundation’s efforts are primarily focused on supporting the less privileged through donations, as well as promoting youth development, among other initiatives.
The duo got married in August 2022.
