HISTORY OF GOODNEWS CHURCH.

The church was founded in 2007 as Spirit Embassy by Pastor Uebert Angel when he moved to Manchester, England. In October 2015, the church changed her name to the “Good News Church” (aka “Spirit Embassy Good News Church”).

The church ministry attracted numerous followers and there are currently over 75 branches in over 15 different countries in Europe, Africa and the US.

Uebert and BeBe Angel are internationally sought-after conference speakers and as global leaders, they are highly regarded for their vision, innovation and boldness. ABOUT THE FOUNDER – UEBERT ANGEL

The prophet Uebert Angel is a kingdom financial giant who has multiple financial degrees;  he is educated in Great Britain with a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Edinburgh University (Napier), a degree in Business and Finance from Salford University, and read post-grad in Education at Bolton University.

In 2005, Angel started his career as a businessman. He founded Club Millionaire Limited, provided concierge services in Britain, after which he proceeded to develop a career in Real estate. He ventured in residential properties and later moved to commercial establishments, land and building acquisition, as well as buying and selling of properties.

In 2006 he made his first property sale, in 2007, he founded Spirit Embassy, and in 2008 he founded Sam Barkeley Construction and The Angel Organisation, the parent company for his business interests, of which he currently is CEO. Other business enterprises under the parent company, includes Brits Bank and Atom Mobile.

Uebert Angel is married to BeBe Angel, who are both pioneering and leading voices in proclaiming the GOOD NEWS of God’s grace (Euagellion), with a prophetic edge that has made them be coined the leading forces of both the Good News movement and the modern-day Prophetic Movement.

He is also the author of many bestsellers, including How to Hear the Voice of God, Defeating The Demon of Poverty, and the daily devotional The GoodNews Daily, which he co-authors with his wife, Bebe Angel. Through an anointed ministry now synonymous with miracles, signs, wonders and accurate prophecies, Uebert Angel has helped many receive healings and miracles.

He has been featured in Forbes as a businessman and Zimbabwe’s first Presidential Envoy and Ambassador-At-large, responsible for over 85 countries in Europe and Americas.

UEBERT ANGEL FOUNDATION – UAF

With a commitment to helping to change the lives of many Angel and his wife BeBe Angel have both been involved in charity work since the launch of his church in 2007.

He helps poor families in Africa and Asia by providing monthly groceries and paying tuition fees of children thorough his “Adopt a Family” scheme. Uebert and BeBe Angel consider it a calling to meet not only the spiritual needs of the people but also their physical needs.

In November 2015, he founded Uebert Angel Foundation with his wife which helps poor students by providing scholarships, and tuition fees for education. He also founded the Free Earth Humanitarian Organisation which works to ensure that underprivileged people have their basic needs for living met.

In this regard, the Angels paid school fees for an entire school of 797 students at Kadyamadare Primary School in the Chikwaka Communal Lands in Zimbabwe, (January 2020). Similarly, in February, 2020, they did the same for 1026 students at Bota Primary School in Masvingo, paying their school fees including levies – for the whole year.

He also donated three truckloads of mealie meal in Harare South as part of his US$1 million coronavirus relief aid. Thousands of bags of mealie meal were also given to vulnerable families in Mbare, Harare on Sunday.

GOODNEWS CHURCH BELIEVES.

• We believe in one God who reveals Himself in three manifestations Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Creator of all things.
• We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, was crucified, died, was buried, was resurrected, ascended into heaven, and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father and is God as Colossians 2 vs. 9 proclaims “In Jesus dwells all the fullness of the Godhead in Bodily form”.
• We believe in divine healing, Miracles, signs and wonders through faith in the Name of Jesus Christ, and that healing is included in the Redemption
• We believe the Bible in its entirety to be the inspired Word of God and the infallible rule of faith and conduct.
• We believe in the resurrection of the dead, the eternal happiness of the saved, and the eternal punishment of the lost.
• We believe in personal salvation of believers through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.
• We believe in sanctification through the Word of God and by the Holy Spirit, and we believe in personal holiness, purity of heart and life.
